Ordering & Delivery Policy
Delivery fees apply and are calculated individually based on distance (typically $10–$30). The exact cost will be confirmed before finalizing your order.
Delivery Window
Deliveries are made within a 2-hour time window you select (in rare cases, the window may extend to 3 hours)
Order Timing
We accept orders for next-day delivery only. Same-day delivery is not available. If all slots for your selected date are full, please choose another date.
Recipient Availability
To maintain the highest quality, please ensure the recipient is available to receive the flowers. If necessary, the recipient will be contacted directly to coordinate the delivery time and confirm the address.
Redelivery
If the recipient is unavailable at the confirmed delivery time or the address is incorrect/inaccessible, redelivery may incur an additional fee, or the bouquet can be returned to our studio for pickup (by prior arrangement only).
Unique Arrangements
Each bouquet is a unique, handcrafted composition. We do not follow exact floral recipes — the photos on our website represent the overall style, color palette, and mood. Every arrangement is made individually from the freshest, highest-quality flowers available on the day of preparation.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Changes & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders already in preparation cannot be modified or canceled.
Quality Guarantee
Bouquets are prepared as close to the confirmed delivery time as possible to ensure maximum freshness and presentation quality. If you have a concern about the quality of the bouquet, please provide photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement delivery the next day (or offer a discount/credit toward your next order, at our discretion). Monetary refunds are not provided.
Sender Anonymity
We do not disclose sender information to the recipient unless you specifically request it (e.g., via a message card).
Care & Freshness
Bouquets are assembled as close as possible to the delivery time to ensure maximum freshness. With proper care from the recipient (fresh water, trimming stems, cool location), your arrangement will last as long as possible.
Pet Safety Warning
Many flowers and plants commonly used in bouquets (including lilies, tulips, daffodils, and others) can be toxic to pets if ingested. We strongly recommend researching the specific flowers in your arrangement if there are cats, dogs, or other animals in the household. Responsibility for pet safety lies entirely with the owner/recipient — we are not liable for any illness, injury, or other issues resulting from contact with our floral arrangements.
