Can I order a bouquet that looks exactly like the photo on your website?  

It can look similar although each bouquet is a unique, handcrafted composition made from the freshest flowers available that day. The photos show our overall style, color palette, and mood — we do not follow exact recipes or create identical replicas.

What if the recipient (or I) doesn't like the final bouquet?  

Since every arrangement is a unique artistic creation, personal taste is subjective. We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers (see Quality Guarantee below), but we cannot offer replacements, credits, or refunds based solely on subjective preferences or perceived similarity to photos, provided the bouquet aligns with our signature style and the preferences you described.

Do you offer same-day delivery?  

No, we only accept orders for next-day delivery to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Please place your order by the evening for delivery the following day.

What are your delivery areas and fees?  

We currently deliver within Chicago and nearby suburbs ($15–$30 depending on distance). You may request delivery to another area by contacting us directly. If possible, we’ll arrange it for you.

We use our own delivery system to ensure your flowers arrive on time and in the freshest possible condition.

When will my bouquet be delivered?  

We deliver within a selected time slot. You’ll choose the time slot when placing your order. Please make sure someone is available to receive it.

Can I remain anonymous when sending flowers?  

Yes! We never disclose sender information to the recipient unless you specifically request it (e.g., via a message card).

Can I request a specific style or flowers that aren’t in your current photos?  

We welcome inspiration and preferences (colors, mood, occasion), but all arrangements are created in our signature author’s style. We do not make exact copies or work in styles that don’t align with our aesthetic. If your request doesn’t fit, we’ll let you know honestly and can suggest alternatives.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?  

Changes or cancellations are possible at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Orders already in preparation cannot be modified.

What if there’s an issue with the bouquet quality?  

If you’re not satisfied with the freshness or quality, please send us photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement the next day or offer a credit/discount for your next order.

Are your flowers safe for pets?  

Many common flowers (such as lilies, tulips, and daffodils) can be toxic to cats, dogs, and other pets if ingested. We strongly recommend keeping bouquets out of reach of animals. Pet safety is the responsibility of the recipient — we are not liable for any pet-related issues.

How do I pay?  

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure methods via Stripe.

How long will the bouquet last?  

With proper care (fresh water, trimmed stems, cool location away from direct sun/heat), most arrangements stay beautiful for  3-6 days. Freshness depends on flower type and care after delivery.

What happens if no one is home for delivery?  

If the recipient is unavailable or the address is inaccessible, we may attempt redelivery for an additional fee or return the bouquet to our studio for arranged pickup.
